Water is warming up and the fish are moving into the shallows. As winter ebbs frogs abound and the bass are going for anything top water. I have also heard the shad run is on in the Tail Race and at Wilson’s Landing on the Santee River.
Santee Cooper lakes bass are hitting top water and should be bedding soon.
